About the speaker: Dr Terence Sheppard
Dr Terence Sheppard is a local paediatric psychologist and author of Positive Parenting: A Guide to Raising Psychologically Healthy Children, and co-host of the Positive Parents - Resilient Kids podcast. Following time in academia, Terence has spent more than 30 years as a private consultant working in clinical and organisational settings, focusing on child and adult mental health and leadership and safety in the workplace.

Dizzy Izzy is a Performing Artist from Adelaide, South Australia. She has a BA in Media Arts (Performing Arts & Music) and is a qualified Yoga Teacher and Art Therapist. She has experience holding space for families and children and runs mums & bubs, playgroups, kids, teens and family programs.
